LADY WITH A LAPDOG,
WITH JOKES AND A HAPPY ENDING
Lady with a Lapdog with Jokes and a Happy Ending, played at The Theater for the New City and at Pushkin Hall, Manhattan.
'Luisa Menzen warms the audience like a summer’s day. Her work in each scene is intricate and heartfelt. When she smiles, it is impossible not to feel joy. When she sits atop a lonely, snowy hill, looking down at everything a sled cannot give her, your heart has no choice but to shatter and melt away. In an astounding act of theatrical magic, she stands under a pillar of falling snow. Trapped within memory’s snow globe; encased in time. The soft elegance and beauty in her gentle movements will remain imprinted within you.' --Theater Pizzaz

The Master and Margarita, or, the devil comes to Moscow at the West End Theater. A sold out run by The Russian Arts Theater & Studio, directed be renowned Russian stage director Aleksey Burago, in which Luisa starred in as the role of Hella.
The first act consists mostly of the debauchery of Woland and his entourage:(...) and a witch, Hella (Luisa Menzen in a sexy maid outfit). To the audience’s delight, those five almost never leave the stage, observing the humans from up on ladders or, more often, blending in with the crowd and spreading havoc and disaster for sheer amusement.
